How It Works

1. We offer 2 hour arrival windows seven days a week between 8 AM and 6 PM. Hit “Book Now” to choose a time. 
   
   
2. You’ll receive a text message reminder a few hours ahead of time with the details. You can respond directly with any specific same day instructions like gate codes, change of schedule, different meeting location etc. 
   
   
3. When we plug your address into our GPS we’ll send you a text message giving you our exact arrival time so you know when to expect us. 
   
   
4. We’ll park somewhere convenient and take a look at what you’re hoping to accomplish. Walk our two person team through everything you want to get rid of so we can provide you our totally no obligation onsite price.
    
5. Pricing is based on how much space your stuff takes up in our trucks. Within each of our big trucks we’ve got 13 different prices so you only pay for what we haul away, giving you the best value. 
   
   
6. Assuming the price works for you we’ll get started right away. We hustle because we know you’ve got other stuff to do! 
   
   
7. We’ll load everything into our truck. You don’t do anything other than show us everything you want to get rid of. We’ve got all the tools, lifting power, and expertise we could ever need. We’ll even sweep up when we’re done! 
   
   
8. We accept payment onsite by credit, debit, cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. 
   
   
9. We’ll go through a lot of work on the back end to donate to one of our many charitable partners, recycle everything we can, and take only what’s left to the landfill.
